While we do not conduct the final interview for your potential hires, as we believe it’s crucial for you to personally assess the fit between your company and the candidate, we do provide a valuable pre-screening service.

Before scheduling a final round interview with you, we conduct a live Zoom chat with each candidate to thoroughly evaluate their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. This ensures that you’ll only be interviewing the most qualified and promising candidates, saving you time and effort in the hiring process. 

Ultimately, you have the final say on whether a candidate receives an offer, but our pre-screening process helps you focus on the cream of the crop.

Along with assessing a candidate’s personality we also assess 4 key cognitive functions and then combine those with our unique scoring model to compare the results to an avatar for each role.

This allows hiring managers to visually compare a candidate’s personality and cognitive profile to the ideal avatar for that role. 

By using the Team Architects TA-12 System, you only need to interview the candidates that fit the avatar of the role you are hiring, eliminating the need for screening hundreds of applicants and possibly interviewing ones that aren’t the right fit. 

Along with our TA-12 assessments, we also give our clients the resources for onboarding new employees and maintaining their training throughout the lifecycle of that employee, which is where most businesses fail.

Timelines vary depending on the position you are seeking to fill. For example, a c-level leadership role will take more time to find than an agent or manager. On average our clients make their first hire within 3 to 5 weeks of onboarding.

No, Team Architects does not provide assistance with drafting or reviewing legal agreements, including employment contracts and NDAs, between your company and your employees. Our focus is on helping you find, hire, onboard, train and maintain the right candidates for your open positions using our proven TA-12™ system.
