1. Who we are

This policy describes the personal information collected through the Team Architects website at theteamarchitects.com. Team Architects is at 5530 La Jolla Blvd, Suite 1A, La Jolla, CA 92037. Questions go to support@theteamarchitects.com or (619) 363-9449.

The client platform at platform.theteamarchitects.com is a separate service. This policy covers the marketing site and the enquiries made through it.

2. Information you give us

When you schedule a strategy call, or otherwise write to us, we collect the details you submit. That can include your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever else you choose to put in the form or the message. The scheduling form is provided by our booking vendor and loads from links.theteamarchitects.com.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the server and our analytics tools may record technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and the time of the visit. If analytics are enabled, that measurement runs through Google Tag Manager. The booking frame may set its own cookies in order to display available times and remember a booking in progress.

4. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and schedule the call you asked for
• Provide the hiring and retention services a client has engaged us for
• Keep the site working, and understand which pages are used
• Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Who receives it

We share personal information with:

• The booking vendor that hosts the scheduling form (links.theteamarchitects.com), so the calendar and the confirmation can work
• The host of this website, and an analytics provider when measurement is turned on
• Professional advisers, and authorities, when the law requires it

A client engagement can involve candidate and employee information. That information is handled under the agreement with that client, not under a casual visit to this website.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We use them to run the site and, when analytics are on, to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The scheduling form may then be unable to hold your place.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to respond, to provide the service you asked about, and to meet legal and accounting duties. We then delete them or remove the details that identify you.

8. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know the personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to ask us to delete it; to ask us to correct it; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or share to opt out of.

Send a request to support@theteamarchitects.com with the email or phone number you used so we can find the record. We will confirm we received it and respond as the statute requires. You may use an authorized agent if you provide written permission and we can verify your identity.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@theteamarchitects.com and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No website can promise that a transmission is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page is the date of the latest version. Continued use of the site after that date means you have the updated policy.
